- Course objectives
- The course builds on relevant lectures and aims to demonstrate to the student in real operation all the basic facts in the cultivation of cells in vitro.
- Learning outcomes
- The graduate will be able to:
- perform all basic activities in the cell culture laboratory.
- design a method of handling cells
- create all the technical prerequisites for it. - Syllabus

- - Elements of sterility assurance
- - Principles of good laboratory practice in the culture laboratory
- - Media preparation
- - Storage of material
- - Passaging of cells
- - Routine microscopic observation of cells

- Teaching methods
- block course with a total of 45 hours, with demonstrations and training in the actual operation of the cultivation laboratory.
