- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is, that students should be able to understand and explain the philosophy and principles of the European Language Portfolio. The European Language Portfolio for various learners will be presented. The aim is also to introduce students in an interactive way to the characteristics of the different levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The history of the development and experience with this material will be presented and discussed.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and to explain the philosophy and principles of the European Language Portfolio. They document their linguistic biography on the basic of their portfolio entries. They can link the use of the portfolio to their work with the textbook.
