Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to acquire theoretical knowledge of motoric activities as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and of the theory implications in practice. The knowledge comprises of theory of the physical education, theory of the motoric loading, health-oriented fitness, motoric learning and movement activities appropriate for both healthy and health-impaired population.
