Course objectives
The aim of the course is to meaningfully structure one's own portfolio and evaluate its strengths and weaknesses based on set criteria.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course, the student will be able to: - explain the key structure of their portfolio; - present the chosen structure of their portfolio; - and reflect on their professional competencies.
Syllabus
1. Sharing experiences on using a portfolio for professional development. 2. Reflection on professional competencies. 3. Presentation of the portfolio structure and chosen key, peer evaluation.
