- This course works on helping students build their English skills, especially in terms of developing independence in learning. By the end of the course, students should be able to more accurately judge the level of their own English and be better able to communicate in English in written forms.

- Online work including discussions and different forms of exercises.
- Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
- The whole course is taught only online. The credit requirements are as follows:
completion of the diagnostic test and introductory questionnaire;
consenting to and completing activities in the English Profile project;
gain 1000 points in a variety of activities by certain dates;
gain a certain number of points from the discussion forums

Do not enter the course except through the main syllabus. Otherwise you will only get the exercises, and will miss out on guidelines and deadlines.
