Course objectives
The aim is to complement the spectrum of knowledge necessary in the process of forming a democratic citizen.
Learning outcomes
At the ent of the course student should be able explain base of the Human Rights and his Application in Society.
Syllabus
  • 1. Basic human rights and freedoms. 2. Development of human rights in the context of the development of society. 3. Embodiment of human rights and freedoms in the constitutional documents of the Czech Republic. 4. The Constitution of the Czech Republic. 5. Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. 6. The essence and character and human rights 7. The practical implementation of human rights. 8. History of human rights in the context of modern history. 9. Foreign documents on human rights. 10. Human rights in countries and regions of the world. 11. Human rights freedom in democratic countries. 12. Human rights freedom in undemocratic regimes.
