Learning outcomes
Outcomes of the course: The student will master the mathematical basics of cartographic works, explain and appropriately use selected cartographic visualizations, identify the different cartographic visualization methods and create a map according to cartographic principles. The student will use information on cartographic products to create a terrain profile, to determine the morphological shapes of the terrain and to determine the laying of sheets. The student creates a worksheet for pupils about the topic of map scales. The student prepares the legend of thematic map according to cartographic principles. The student can professionally evaluate cartographic work. The student applies a suitable cartographic representation to the region.
