Course objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with current digital tools and technologies applicable in French language teaching, to develop their digital competence, ability to create interactive and multimodal teaching materials, to critically evaluate digital content, and to integrate technologies into teaching practice.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: • effectively use digital tools and online platforms in French language lesson planning and delivery, • create original multimedia and interactive teaching materials (e.g. quizzes, infographics, podcasts, videos), • evaluate and select suitable digital resources for learners of different ages and proficiency levels, • support learners’ language skills development through ICT tools, • integrate artificial intelligence and collaborative tools into language education.

1. Artificial Intelligence in language teaching: ChatGPT, AI image and voice tools 2. Creating interactive exercises and quizzes (H5P, LearningApps, Genially, Quizlet) 3. Visual literacy and infographic creation (Canva, Piktochart) 4. Using podcasts and video in language teaching (Veed.io, Anchor, YouTube Studio) 5. Working with online corpora and translation tools (Reverso, DeepL, Linguee) 6. Online collaboration and material sharing (Padlet, Google Workspace, Trello)
