Abstract
The aim of the course is to improve the technique of downhill and cross-country skiing and acquire the basic methodics of skiing skills training needed to get the license of school-skiing instructor.
Key topics
1. Methodics of basic crosscountry skiing styles training aimed at classics and its application to skiing tourism. 2. Methodics of basic downhill skiing and turns adapted to children education specialties. 3. Theory and didactics of skiing aimed at preparation and realisation of a skiing course at the primary school.
