Abstract
Extension of the competences acquired in Communication of persons with hearing impairment 1 and characteristic of special terms - hearing impairment, dactylology, written form of communication, speech, lip reading, development of sign vocabulary, interpreting services, basic instruction for contact between hearing people and people with hearing impairment.

Practical teaching methods of sign language, another special ways of communication, special terminology- hearing-impairment, sign language, gesticulation, symbols, mimicry (face-play), dactylology, written communication, speech, visually kinetic, fingerspelling, lip reading, development of sign vocabulary, interpreting services, basic instruction for contact between hearing and deaf person, principles and working methods.
