Abstract
Student masters basic informations about problems in career advisory aiming on raising competencies of pupil and students in their career development, selfreflecting their abilities and possibilities in defined goals, orientation on the employment market, independent decision making about their work and education orientation.
Key topics
Integrated advisory system within ministry of education, ministry of employment within career development. Career development, European trends, determination of the facts. Specification of career development of students with health handicap, agents qualifing choosing of future career of handicaped students.
