Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand the history of music of Baroque, Classicism, with an emphasis on the Czech, the basic knowledge of the contemporary interpretation practice pointed to the works of aforementioned periods.

  • 1. Basic line of development of music 20. century. 2. Neocalssicism and neofolkorism. 3. 2. Vienna school. 4. Webern and followers. 5. Sonic music. 6. Present-day music.
