- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: explain and implement the basic circuits in electronics, especially electric circuit. They will able to understand and explain the characteristics of electronic components, both passive and active.
- Syllabus
- 1.Electronic circuit, circuit and variable components. Resources and appliances. Electronic components - linear, nonlinear, passive and active. 2.Work point, static work point components, differential parameters. Properties general one-port and two-ports. 3.Linear components of electronic circuits. 4.Nonlinear components of electronic circuits. 5.Semiconductors diodes and their general characteristics. 6.Bipolar transistors, properties, use. 7.Transistors controlled electric field. 8.Semiconductors multi-layer switching devices. 9.Electronic components managed by non-electrical parameters. 10.Electronic components controlled by light radiation. 11.Amplifiers, basic concepts, electrical signal, excitation source and external load. 12. Basic of Microelectronics, the physical nature of microelectronic circuits.
