- Abstract
- After completing this seminar the students will be able to interpret differences in pronunciation between German and Czech vowels, consonants, assimilation and suprasegmental phenomena of German pronunciation and characterize typical pronunciation mistakes made by Czech native speakers.

- Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
- Seminar; practice of pronunciation of German Phonemes different to Czech, assimilation and suprasegmental phenomena of German pronunciation. Specific part of this education is creation of an own phonetic vocabulary. Homework, active independent study.

- Colloquium; The students are supposed to master German pronunciation, as well as the methodology of avoiding the typical pronunciation mistakes made by Czech native speaker.
