Course objectives
The aim of this course is to help students achieve B2 level knowledge of German by 1) enhancing all language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) and systems (vocabulary and grammar) within the given level by means of topics and current issues related to special needs education; 2)developing students' academic skills: (CV and cover letter, Master's thesis abstract and literature review.)

Assessment methods
Credit requirements: 1) Attendance (only 1 lesson can be missed), homework set in classes, active participation 2) Oral presentation 3) Exam – written + oral part. Only students who complete all assignments can take the exam. Both parts of the exam need to be passed (written part – 45/70 points, oral part – 20/ 30 points). Pass mark: 65% (65 points out of 100). Written part: listening, reading, grammar, vocabulary, writing. Oral part: monologue (1 minute) + dialogue (6 minutes)

General note: Počet míst v kurzu je limitován kapacitou pracoviště. Výuka probíhá v němčině. Kurz je ukončen písemnou a ústní zkouškou na úrovni B2.
