Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
At the end of the courses DEkNH1 and DEkNH2 students should be able to use the assumed professional terminology within the frame of language of the branch and its separate disciplines, mainly national history, where most of the documents (up to 1918) are written in German. At the end of course DEkNH2, students should be able to:understand and read German texts. With reference to pedagogical specialization of university education, the professional terminology is practised also in didactics. The seminars contain reading and translating of german texts according to the themes and their comparison with Czech professional text.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to use the assumed professional terminology. At the end of course DEpNH2, students should be able to:understand and read German texts.

Assessment methods
Credit. The course consists of weekly seminar sessions, students regular and active participation is expected. Students must prepare a presentation (5 - 7 minutes long) - reading and translating of german texts according to the themes and their comparison with Czech professional text.
