- Course objectives
- Objective of the course in terms of learning outcomes and competences The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge gained in the Subject: Deaf Education 1. Student will be able to focus on the possibilities of early intervention in hearing impaired individuals, will be able to describe the structure of comprehensive care for the hearing impaired from the early age to the period of senility, in individuals with hearing impairment, the possibilities for vocational training and the professional use of these individuals. The student will be oriented in the offer of social services for people with hearing impairment, including interpreting services. The student will learn about visual-motor communication means, acquire basic skills in this field and will be able to describe the importance of their use in practice. In addition, there will be presented the theme of individuals with dual sensory disability, the possibilities of communication and care of these individuals throughout their lives.
