- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the methods of hearing compensation. When working with hearing aid software and other accessories students will get a basic overview of hearing aids, essential acoustic parameters, pairing and related wireless features. It can be simulated for study purposes with aids varying degrees of auditory defects, and using the stetoclip to aurally monitor changes in hearing settings. In particular, these are the following functions: hearing aid output, client with a particular type of hearing impairment that students they can simulate differently.

- The student is acquainted with special education diagnostic tools evaluating the benefits of compensatory hearing aids and cochlear implants for children, pupils and hearing impaired students; student knows special pedagogical diagnostic tools and procedures to determine the suitability of wireless accessories for children, pupils and hearing impaired students.

- • Target (Hearing Adjustment Software) + HI PRO Interface + Hearing Aid and Suspension Hearing Aid - When working with hearing aids and other accessories, students will get a basic overview of hearing aid, essential acoustic pairing parameters, and related wireless functions device.
