Abstract
The course provides students with an opportunity to gain insight into their own interaction skills, supports their creativity, personal and social development. Students observe educational reality as a source of professional vision and self-reflection. The aim of the course is to get acquainted with the concept of effective communication, work with a professional portfolio and realize one's strengths and weaknesses. The internship takes place at primary schools of your choice. The internship is followed by seminars, where students solve specific tasks and reflect on practical experiences, which place them in the theoretical context of social psychology.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the students should be able to: recognize effective communication; diagnose their individual characteristics; create your professional portfolio; know their personal strengths and to know how to develop them.
