Course objectives
The exam is intended to verify students' ability: 1) to elaborate a thorough text analyses; 2) to translate the selected texts from Spanish to Czech; 3) to deal with translation problems.
Learning outcomes
Students are able to make use of their theoretical knowledge in text analysis, to translate texts on selected topics and to make comments on the translation problems as well as on the possible solutions.

  • Written exam consisting in three parts: 1) Text analysis, 2) translation from Spanish to Czech, 3) written commentary.
