Course objectives
The objective is to enable students to gain practical experience in a selected memory institute. The practical work will focus on a particular area of archive work and can also be the basis for choosing a bachelor thesis topic. There are places in selected memory institutions as well as archives and in the relevant departments of museums and libraries. The choice is regularly updated according to the interests and profiles of the students. Depending on prior approval, it is possible to do the practical work in a memory institution of students’ choice. The practical work takes place over a continuous 3-week period after the end of the course (usually May-September).
