- Abstract
- Students will deepen their knowledge of professional Russian language in the field of formal communication. They will acquire basic vocabulary for formal oral communication in Russian and learn how to write and a CV and a cover letter and create a company presentation in Russian. Emphasis is also placed on developing practical skills in the use of AI tools in a business context.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, students will be able to:
conduct formal oral communication in Russian (in person and over the phone);
write a CV and a cover letter in Russian;
create a company presentation in Russian and present it effectively;
use various AI tools to streamline activities in a business context;
create more effective prompts and critically assess the outputs of AI. - Key topics
- 1–3. Searching a job. CV, cover letter, job interview.
- 2. Introducing oneself to a business partner. Participation in a company event.
- 5–6. Work-related phone calls.
- 7–8. Participation of the company in exhibitions and trade fairs.
- 9–10. Presentation of the company, its products, and services.
- 11. Partners' visit, company tour.
- 12. Review and preliminary test.
