Course objectives
During the course students will be introduced to the youngest generation of designers representing the category of so-called product design and design furniture and glassware, designers of clothing and jewelery and designers moving in the area of industrial design. In the second part will be presented the most distinguished foreign personalities, who from the 1990s present the trends of housing culture and shape the lifestyle of the present.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
to focus on contemporary Czech design
to know the most important personalities of Czech design in the field of so-called product design, with an emphasis on housing culture and home accessories
