Course objectives
Since the its discovery was the photography an excellent and indispensable help to the art historian and also in the present time photography represents one of the means for the interpretation of the art works.
Syllabus
  • The main aim of the seminar is to make students acquainted with the practical use of the photography in the work of art historian.
  • Production of the photography during the seminar – from the photographical reproduction of good quality as a help of art historian’s research to visual representation of an art work (painting, sculpture and architecture).
  • The ABC of the technique of photography.
  • The ABC of the theory of the digital photography.
