- Abstract
- Course abstract (in English): The course explains general principles and standards of archaeological finds illustration. Students practise drawing artefacts made of different materials (especially ceramic, stone, metal objects). At the end of this course, students should be able to draw a documentary illustration of an archaeological artefact and make a final table of drawings, correctly prepared to publication.

(Ceramic artefacts - at least 4 drawings: a sherd, decorations and handles, a reconstruction, a whole vessel, a large vessel – reduced size; stone artefacts – at least 1 drawing: polished axe; metal artefacts – at least 3 drawings: iron and bronze artefacts) - Language of instruction

- Pomůcky pro práci v semináři: Papíry - pro přípravné kresby tužkou stačí i obyčejný kancelářský papír, pro finální kresby tuší je nutný kvalitní papír, na kterém se tuš nerozpíjí (pauzák nebo křídový papír). Tužky - doporučuji mikrotužku 0.5 mm, tuhu HB, + vhodnou gumu. Na finální kresby a) technická pera (např. CENTROGRAF, aspoň 2 tloušťky - např. 0.25 a 0.35 mm) a tuš pro technická pera (dobrý je např. Rotring, Staedtler) nebo b) obyčejné kovové namáčecí pero + černá tuš nebo c) černé dokumentační mikrofixy (doporučuji sadu CENTROPEN DOCUMENT - 0.1 + 0.3 + 0.5 + 0.7 mm). Pravítka a trojúhelníky, kružítko. Podle možnosti dále: posuvné měřítko ("šupléra"), "hřeben" na snímání profilů. Hodí se také šablona různých průměrů kružnic a několik pravoúhlých krabiček nebo kostek.
