- Course objectives
- At the end of the course Interpreting Seminar II, the student will have a basic knowledge of the methods of practicing simultaneous interpretation, sight translation and interpretation with text.
- Syllabus
- 1) Bibliography to consecutive and simultaneous interpretation 2) Familiarization with the most common types of interpreting 3) Training of consecutive interpretation (without notes and with notes) 4) Introduction to methods of practicing simultaneous translation 5) Sight translation 6) Interpretation with text

- Acquisition of basic knowledge about the types of interpretation, and about the professional qualities of the interpreter. Auto-training methods in simultaneous interpretation. Practicing of simultaneous interpretation and interpretation with text.

- Practical oral examination. The student must also complete a course in the ELF (e-learning).
