Course objectives
- Provide interdiscipline knowledge for the field of innovation and design of information and public services.
- Prepare theoretically for own proposal and realization of service design innovation.
- Introduce contemporary praxis of service design, expound the work of a service designer in different sectors.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to understand:
- service design in field context,
- design process and using of its methods,
- specifications of developing (information) services in public sector,
- the principle of responsibility of service designer,
- design advancement levels of organizations,
- evaluation of services and its innovations.
