Course objectives
The aim of the course is to revise and extend the students' knowledge of upper-intermediate English grammar focusing on academic contexts. The course is divided into thirteen thematic seminars covering English grammar corresponding with B1+ - B2 level where each seminar consists of a theoretical introduction and a number of practical exercises.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course the students will have developed a critical approach with regards to grammatical proficiency in an academic setting. They will be able to deliver concise, correct, and well-structured English sentences and recognize and correct errors in grammar in their own written and spoken production.
