Course objectives
The aim of the lecture is to describe the most important stages of development of the morphonological system of the Proto-Slavonic language, including the changes relating to its splitting into the particular dialects, and to place the changes in the Indo-European context. Etymological explanations concerning the reconstruction of lexical units of the Proto-Slavonic vocabulary will also be dealt with.
Syllabus
