Course objectives
The aim of the course is to get acquintance of the existing theoretical approaches to humour and its reception in synchronic and diachronic view. For that reason is also useful to get known significant literary works of the world humour.
Syllabus
  • The course is therefore framed in a number of levels. We will watch complex theoretical inquiry to the humour from Antiquity to 20 century and in the same time we will read the most important literary works in the history of humour. As soon as we get in the historical view to the 20 century, we will adress attention to the particular disciplinary approaches to the humour, then we will analyze and interprete received knowledges in work texts.
