Course objectives
The subject is directed on expansion of knowledge of students in the field of history, geography and culture of Russia. Themes of this course are chosen for students so that to draw attention to the modern interesting phenomena in Russia with the reference to traditions, habits, historical experience and other aspects. Data about Russian realities is a successful preparation on the future for all students who learn Russian

  • 1.Russia on a map of world. Federal division of Russia. Russia - the multinational country. 2.A climate of Russia. A relief. 3.Historic figures.4 Economy of Russia. 5 Religion. 6.Holidays. 7. A Russian cuisine. 8. National crafts. 9 Culture of Russia (literature, theatre, music, cinema, architecture etc.). 10 Modern problems of Russian society.
