Course objectives
Serbian language course, repeating and extending the complete and complex knowledge of Serbian language that has been made after completion of language courses, courses of practical language translation courses and theoretical seminars on Serbian language.
Syllabus
  • Text:fishing. Passive ; writing punctuation, writing names. Text: bad calculation. Verbal noun; female nouns ending with consonant; writing č, ć, ž, š. Text: on the street. Diminutives; augmentatives; collective nouns, Text: Brr, cold! Ethnics names; questionable words, writing commas; usage of conditional in speaking about events in past tense. Text: Hunting story. Aorist; adjectives, use alternation ije / je, ije/ e. Text: Koliko ljudi, toliko ćudi. Imperfect; relative pronouns, relative sentences; writing commas. Text: Jedna lasta ne čini proleće. Numerous adjectives, comparative and superlative, numbers . Text: In Montenegro. Revision.

Teaching methods
Serbian: Seminars, 1½ hours per week, plus half an hour tutorials to be arranged individually with students.
Assessment methods
The course has a form of a class discussion. Conditions for joining the final test - maximum 3 absences 10%, homework(a total of 8)10%, translated from Czech to Serbian 2 pages A4 (the term for submission of translations - the last lesson in November)30%. Examination: - The test has two parts, grammar and vocabulary. In order to pass the test a student must have 70% of each exercise correct).50%
