- Course objectives
- Croatian language instruction focused on broadening of vocabulary (with special emphasis on abstract notions), stress on active speech abilities and perfection of grammar knowledge. At the end of this course students should be able to describe new grammar phenomena acquired in this semester and use the knowledge in spoken and written interaction. By the means of acquiring new vocabulary and grammar they can create text or speak about related topics. Students are able to understand written text and interpret it.
- Syllabus
- Masculine nouns (type -i, -io, -o, -e, -u), numbers, present and past conditional, potential and unreal conditional sentences, formal and informal style, congruence, verbal regimen.

- Seminar (four hours per week), home preparation, within the class a combination of teacher-led activities and student-centered/group learning activities will be employed.

- Regular attendance, homework and home preparation required. Upon fulfilling all requirements listed the students must pass a final test.
