Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain: stylistic aspects of the text, the use of terminology, rules and procedures of academic writing.
Syllabus
  • Initial characterization of functional styles. Reading and analysis of sample texts. Writing. Stylistic forms: abstract, essay, review, report, journal article. Getting to know the guidelines for the preparation of seminar, class and diploma theses.
