This course is primarily for students from the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Social Studies. Previous knowledge from secondary school is required, or B1 level (based on CEFR).

Abstract
The course is focused on academic skills and professional language. During the course all language skills will be practised (listening, reading comprehension, oral and written presentations). Other material is used - authentic recordings and texts, excercises. See Literature.

Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
Seminar form of teaching.
Course completion requirements: written credit test consisting of exercises aimed at testing the essential language skills and presentation. Minimum pass level 70%. Active class participation is obligatory (70% attendance).

ZÁPIS: Přednost při zápisu mají studenti s dobrou požadovanou znalostí, (minimálně 35 lekcí učebnice pro samouky nebo celá učebnice Fiesta 1 a 7 lekcí učebnice Fiesta 2 nebo jiná podobná znalost), která bude ověřena vstupním testem, na jehož základě budou studenti rozděleni do seminárních skupin. Pro započtení kurzu je nutná 70% účast ve výuce a úspěšné absolvování písemného testu. INFORMACE O UZNÁVÁNÍ ZKOUŠEK: Studentům, kteří na jazykových školách úspěšně složili státní zkoušku všeobecnou nebo mají španělské zkoušky Diploma Intermedio, příp. Diploma Superior nebo jsou absolventy španělského gymnázia bude zkouška uznána po předložení originálu vysvědčení. Studenti, kteří absolvovali zkoušku ze španělštiny na jiné univerzitě či fakultě podobného humanitního zaměření mohou žádat o uznání zkoušky v plném rozsahu pokud dosáhli urovně B2 dle ERR. Od doby vykonání zkoušky nesmí uplynout více než 5 let s výjimkou certifikátů na úrovni C1 nebo C2. UPOZORNĚNÍ PRO STUDENTY: Zápočty a zkoušky je možno skládat pouze během zápočtového týdne a během zkouškového období.

General note: Kurz je zakončen zápočtem (písemný test z probraného učiva). V dalším semestru pokračuje kurzem CJVS2M, který je zakončen zkouškou.
Information on course enrolment limitations: Podmínkou pro zápis do kurzu je znalost španělštiny na středoškolské úrovni nebo adekvátní znalost získaná na základě jiné formy studia.
