Abstract
There is used the knowledge of general teaching instruction and Didactics of pedagogy I in this course. The course is led as a training of individual professional skills of a teacher and thus is formed the conception of teaching itself. Students are able to reflect their skills and their conception of teaching at the end of the course.

The reflection of seminar training. Seminar training takes place in the form of microteaching and group reflection of selected teaching situations.

Za účelem optimálního průběhu kurzu je vyžadována 80% docházka. Studenti kombinovaného studia mají předepsáno celkově 8 hodin individuálního studia/konzultací, jehož součástí je studium učebních materiálů/opor v elektronické podobě. Studenti musejí průběžně plnit dva typy úkolů. Jde o skupinové úkoly koncepčního charakteru - analýza případně vlastní tvorba ŠVP, koncipování výuky předmětu Pedagogika na období jednoho školního roku podle vybraného školního vzdělávacího programu a na ně navazující individuální úkoly, které vyústí v mikrovýstup a vedení zpětné vazby na výstupy ostatních kolegů. Skupinové úkoly jsou odevzdávány vyučujícímu přímo v online výukovém prostředí Moodle a jsou zveřejňovány i ostatním studentům kurzu. Vyučující poskytuje studentům zpětnou vazbu přímo ve výukovém prostředí. Splnění skupnových úkolů je povinnou součástí studia a je zahrnováno do závěrečného hodnocení předmětu.
