Course objectives
The objectives of the course is to acquaint students with basic knowledge of neuroscience, which have applications in processes of learning and education. - Students will learn to the basic concepts in neuroscience. - Students will have an overview of the application of selected knowledge of neuroscience in education. - Students will learn to important research in neuroscience applied to education.
Syllabus
  • -Introduction to basic concept of neuroscience -Neuromyths - incorrect assertions about how the brain is involved in learning -Sociometric badges and network analyses -Visite of Experimental Humanities Laboratory (HUME lab) -Eye-tracking in education (visual perception) -Guest speaker (Mirror neurons and learning processes) -Colloquium Terms: 21.2., 7.3., 21.3., 4.4., 12.4., 18.4., 2.5., 17.5.
