- Course objectives
- The main aims of the course are:
* to recognize material and spiritual culture of Eastern Slavs (emphasing Ukraine),
* to understand thinking of the Eastern Slavs,
* to acquire concepts from material and spiritual culture,
* to define major differences between culture of the Eastern and the Western Slavs. - Learning outcomes
- After finishing the course the students are able to:
- identify the main features of material and spiritual culture of Eastern Slavs;
- determine and describe the main events in the history of ukrainian culture;
- compare the differences in main features in material and spiritual culture of Eastern and Western Slavs. - Syllabus
