Abstract
The course Slavs: Ethnology and Slavic Studies presents an insight into the problems of Slavonic studies in the historical context and in the present. It introduces students to the basic pillars of Slavic Studies as an interdisciplinary field and provides a basic overview of the ethnogenesis of contemporary Slavic peoples in Europe.
