- Atomic transitions. Broadening of spectral lines. Electron energy and spectra molecules. Rotation and vibration motion of molecules. The equipments for spectral and optics diagnostics. The methods of discharge diagnostics. The diagnostics of rf discharges, ICP and torch discharges.
