Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to learn students basic representatives of invertebrates and their biology; to learn how to identify and classify them into the system; to learn how to draw mounts and identify particular structures.

  • Mollusca 1 - Gastropoda, Polyplacophora
  • Mollusca 2 - Bivalvia, Scaphopoda, Cephalopoda
  • Sipunculida, Echiurida, Annelida, Nemertea
  • Tardigrada, Onychophora, Arthropoda 1 - Chelicerata

Assessment methods
Students will get the credit if:
they are present in 100% (in the case of illness, they must past the course in alternate term);
they pass successfully four tests;
they give over complete drawings of compusory objects (made during course).
