Syllabus
  • 1.Safety in the microbiological laboratory. 2.Cultivation media and their preparation. 3. Aseptic techniques, inoculation and maintenance of microorganisms. 4.Microscopy of bacteria, Gram staining. 5.Determination of the number of bacterial cells by plate technique. 6.Bacteria in water. 7.Identification of bacteria - introduction. 8. Determination of the biologicaly active substances, sensitivity to antibiotics. 9.Titration of bacteriophage. 10.Microorganisms in soil. 11.Microscopy of the soil microorganisms. Inoculation of micromycetes. 12. Morphology of micromycetes. 13.Yeasts, test of vitality.
