The lecture course will introduce students with the basic methods and principles of micro and nano-structures fabrication.

  • Nanoparticles separation and size-distribution analysis
  • Plasma deposition and plasma etching
  • Electrospinning a nanofibers
  • Nanostructured carbon (nanotubes, graphenes, fullerenes)
