- At the end of the course students should be able to: understand to basics of proteomics explain principles of basic proteomic methods used in subsequent practical course (C8302) propose appropriate approach for various kinds of proteomic experiments understand to interpretation of selected types of proteomic data

- Předmět bude vyučován v tématických blocích (2 vyučovací hodiny) každý týden v místě a čase uvedeném v rozvrhu. Výuka bude ukončena tak, aby bylo možné absolvovat zkoušku včas před začátkem navazujících cvičení (C8202c), jejichž je prerekvizitou.
