- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: understand to basics of proteomics explain principles of basic proteomic methods used in subsequent practical course (C8302) propose appropriate approach for various kinds of proteomic experiments understand to interpretation of selected types of proteomic data

- The main teaching method are lectures that include particular examples from the own scientific praxis of participating teachers and demonstration of the solution of particular problems via individual tools of recent proteomics.
