- Course objectives
- Develop communication competencies relevant for building relationship (especialy with students in classroom) and useful in tense or conflict situations.
- Syllabus
- Training is aimed to improve three pilars of nonviolent communication: Empathic listening, Honest self-expression, Self connection- Elements of communication that block connection- 4 steps of expression: Observation, Feelings, Needs, Request.

- Workshops (student's activity assumed), experience based learning, activity based learning, discussion and analysis, role play

- The requirement for credit is activity during lessons and a short essay
