Course Enrolment Limitations: The course is offered to students of any study field.
Abstract: The course will focus on the practical skills of preparing sequencing libraries. The course includes a practical session on metagenomic library preparation for the Illumina MiniSeq system, including hands-on bioinformatics analysis.
Learning outcomes: Participants will be able to analyze samples of their choice and discover their bacterial composition.
Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching: Theoretical lectures and practical work in the lab.
