Introduction
This study material is intended especially for students (not only of law faculties) who are interested in the field of international commercial arbitration. It can also be used by others who would like to become acquainted with this way of dispute resolution. The material covers the key topics of international commercial arbitration (e.g. sources, arbitrability, arbitration agreement, arbitrators, applicable law etc.).
Each chapter consists of the short introductory text dealing the aim of the chapter, power point presentation containing both theory and practical cases, revision questions and list of recommended sources for further study.
