Course objectives
In this course, students will become familiar with EU Commission’s approach to selected cases from the following cases: (i) horizontal mergers, (ii) non-horizontal mergers, (iii) the abuse of a dominant position, (iv) cartels and tacit collusion (v) vertical restraints (vi) state aid.
Learning outcomes
After completing this course, students will be able to solve any competition case using qualitative and quantitative methods.
