Cíle předmětu

Course content: this course will build on previous knowledge of students in personal management. The aims will be: - to focus on the detection of appropriate organizational culture in a given organization and to asses its potencial in respect to its strategic goals (mission), - to distinguish between the culture of personal management and HRM, - to explicate the principles of learning organizations, learning cities and regions, - to develop an understanding of different cultural backgrounds, which may promote or inhibit the acceptance of the learning organizations culture.

• I. The structure of the content: 1. changes of organizational culture and the evolution of competitiveness in globalized economy (the ascent of knowledge economics), 2. knowledge management and conditions conditions of its development 3. employees as a developmental resource, leadership, enterpreneurial ethics in the organizational culture, 4. the learning organization its origin, preconditions and diagnostics 5. human and knowledge resources strategy of an organization 6. the future scenario planning
